Judge Bartlett of the Supreme Court has appointed Hon. James Otis of Bellport, Edward E. Sprague of Flushing, and Joseph D. Armstrong of North Hempstead, commissioners to condemn the property of Mrs. Victoria Denton, Adolph Herzog and William E. Everitt, adjoining the Town Hall, Jamaica, to be taken for Town Hall purposes, and appraise the value thereof.
The commissioners will hold their first meeting at the Town Hall on Monday, February 4.
