Bell and Davis Locked Up

New York, 1895

Editor Edward Bell of the Long Island Flag in Long Island City, is again in trouble. Bell and Richard Davis were locked up Saturday in default of bonds. The prisoners were indicted by the grand jury for libel on Mayor Sanford and Public Works Commissioner Sharkey.
