The following decisions were made at the General Term of the Supreme Court held at Brooklyn on Tuesday:
In the matter of the petition of Michael Baiseley to have the election for the incorporation of a certain territory in the town of Jamaica as a village declared illegal. Order affirmed on the opinion of the County Judge.
In the matter of the application to open and lay out Oakley avenue, a proposed new highway in the town of Jamaica, etc. Order affirmed.
