Vacheron Saw Youngs Off.

New York, 1895

Mr. and Mrs. William J. Youngs sailed for Europe on Saturday for a three months' tour. A host of friends and relatives bid them bon voyage. The only politicians who went to see Mr. Youngs off were Assemblyman Vacheron and ex-Assemblyman S. S. Townsend.


Ketcham Gets a Divorce.

The divorce suit brought by George W. Ketcham, jr., of Northport, against his wife, Luella M. Ketcham, came on for trial in Brooklyn before Judge Cullen Saturday. The defendant did not appear and the divorce was granted.


Wading River Branch Inspected.

President Austin Corbin inspected the Wading River extension of the Long Island railroad on Saturday. Stations are being built and telegraph wires put up, and trains will run for the first time on June 27.
