Several Divorce Cases Are Set Down for Trial, Including Crowell vs. Crowell, and Albertson vs. Albertson — A Long Session Likely.
The June term of the Circuit Court and Oyer and Terminer will begin at the Court House in Long Island City on Monday next. Judge Cullen will preside. The civil calendar is a very long one; the term may last through the month. It is thought that one of the other judges will sit for a day or two to hear the special term cases. The calendar is very diversified, and includes a number of divorce cases, including that of Crowell vs. Crowell, formerly of Jamaica, in which Jacob Rudd Shipherd of Richmond Hill is named as corespondent. The cases noticed for trial are as follows:
