A certificate of incorporation was filed Saturday with the secretary of State by the Montauk water company which proposes to supply water in the counties of Kings, Queens and Suffolk. Its principal business office is to be in Jamaica. The amount of its capital stock is half a million dollars. The directors are H. M. Conover and W. F. Brown, Brooklyn; J. H. Jones and A. N. Hehre, of New York; T. H. Ryan, Morris Park; W. J. Hehre, Hollis, and Frederick Cook, of Orange, N, J.
